Trio have developed a range of resources for pre-school voluntary run management committees.  These will be coming shortly to our web-shop, which up until the summer of 2015 have only been available to the select few.  Now they have been tried and tested we will be making them available to you all. We are able to offer complete mock inspections for group settings and support you to prepare a development plan to start working towards areas to be improved.

Trio are able to support you with recruitment of staff particularly at senior level to enable you to establish a rich, varied and quality team of personnel to enable your setting to deliver a high level of service to the children and families with whom you work. We can support you with the performance management of your staff base and empower you to run constructive appraisal systems including supporting you with joint observations of staff members where you may have concerns.
